We can't tell you how often our students comment that they wish they had started yoga young. Yoga is one of the greatest gifts we can give our children. It is a noncompetitive activity that helps children develop strong and flexible bodies, learn body awareness, enhance motor skills and coordination, and improve concentration. Perhaps most importantly, yoga fosters a child's sense of belonging in this world and in this body.
